This following features defines this unit’s uniqueness: overall low maintenance, password protected, built-in lightning protection, rigid, anti-corrosive enclosure, offers expansion for coagulant control, low maintenance vacuum system, offers current isolation on current outputs, has optical liquid solids separation detection, quick tube removal system for maintenance, self cleaning cycle after every pre-set sampling pattern, has Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC as controller options. As optional extra features it boasts: turbidity and coagulant control, an on-line acid self-cleaning system, DeviceNet, DH+ and Profibus compatibility, data and control parameter network expandability. The benefits achieved for the customer includes: Flocculent savings, Real-time online measurement of process conditions highlighting that it will compensate for variances in feed flow, feed chemistry, feed solids, particle distribution and flocculent strength.
