In the process where the decision is only based on price, we will not jeopardize standards and workmanship to a level where we have to compromise, in order to secure a transaction.
More than 80% of our business is long term relationships that we have with our clients. These relationships were built over several years on principle, punctuality, credibility, service and back-up. This does not mean that we are always perfect, but it means that we firstly deliver on what we promised, without shortcuts or compromise. It also means that if we do a project, and we short deliver on our promises we rectify it. If we short deliver based upon our client’s expectations, we try to be as assisting and helpful possible to rectify this at a reasonable and fair rate.
