Conventional Polymer Units
The following features define these units: it is a pre-engineered unit, robust steel construction, stainless steel screw feeder, correctly sized stirrer and pumps, positive displacement dosing pump, interlock protection for all critical components, minimum of IP 55 protection on all components and conversion(s) between liquid and powder polymer are possible.

The Conventional Polymer units utilize the conventional methods of flock preparation. Dry flock is added to a mixing tank via a screw feeder and transferred to a dosing tank on demand. This system is still highly efficient and in demand in applications that needs a long hydration and sufficient storage time.
The benefits achieved for the customer includes: that the units is fully automated, has very low operational costs with limited maintainable items, has accurately sized components, maximum efficiency of polymer, hydration times of 3 1/2 hours minimum, flexible concentration parameters, low transport & installation costs, short & prompt commissioning times, in-house engineering & manufacturing, compatible with powder polymer and liquid latex, no excessive energy or shearing during make-up, user-friendly fault finding & operational manual, standard units ranging from 2 kg/hr to 20 kg/hr to choose from and it is easy to change configuration & set-up parameters.
